Export your Airbnb earnings
In Airbnb, open Earnings and download the CSV for the month. It lists every payout, fee and adjustment.

Paste it into the Income tab
The columns line up with Airbnb's export. Pick the property on each row.

Add your bills once
Enter rates, insurance, strata and interest on the Bills tab. The Summary tab does the rest.
